We provide two options for payment.

1 - Pay in Full: You can pay for the entire product plus shipping upfront. I will reach out to you immediately with estimated shipping dates and to answer any questions you may have.

2 - 50% Deposit: If you prefer to put down a 50% deposit, we are happy to accommodate that. Once the deposit is made, I will reach out to you immediately with estimated shipping dates and to answer any questions you may have. When the work is completed and ready to ship, I will invoice you for the balance and shipping.

Once work begins, this deposit is non-refundable.

The lead time for most orders is between 6-10 weeks. This may vary based on the scale and scope of the project. I will notify you with a more precise schedule once the order is placed. I will remain in contact with you during the build process to keep you informed on the status of the project

Shipping varies based on the size of the item(s) and the destination. Typically, shipping is 7-10% of the order total.

Smaller items, such as the Stella side table, can be shipped via UPS Ground and will include a tracking number. Larger items are shipped via a network of professional private white glove shippers across the country

Materials:

We use only sustainably harvested domestic hardwoods (Black Walnut, White Oak, White Ash, and Hard Maple)

We use full-grain leather for our upholstery. Full-grain leather is crafted from the strongest and most durable part of the hide. Aside from removing the hair, the surface remains untouched, preserving the natural grain, markings, and character of the leather.

Finishes:

We use VOC-free natural hardwax oil to finish all wood products.

Care:

Wood finishes should be wiped clean with a damp, lint-free cloth and left to air dry.
