Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Because each piece is designed and built specifically for you, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. In the event that a piece arrives with a craftsmanship defect or damage caused during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Ready-Made Pieces
Ready-made pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, undamaged condition. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted for return.
Damages in Transit
Please inspect your piece upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
