Orders & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to begin work on all custom and made-to-order pieces. The remaining balance is due in full prior to shipping or local pickup. Work will not commence until the deposit is received and confirmed.

Lead Times

Every Axil Studio piece is built to order in our Albuquerque workshop. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will contact you to confirm the expected timeline for your project. Lead times vary depending on complexity and current workload and will be clearly communicated before work begins.
