These Terms of Service govern your use of axilstudio.com and any purchases made through our website. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

About Us

Axil Studio is a custom furniture workshop based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. All pieces are designed and handcrafted by us in our workshop.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — we reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping or pickup. By submitting a custom design request and paying a deposit, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the agreed design, materials, and dimensions. Changes requested after work has begun may incur additional charges.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment information.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Ready-made pieces may be returned within 14 days subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs paid by the customer.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, dimensions, and materials. However, slight variations are inherent in handmade goods and natural wood materials and are not considered defects. Monitor and screen colors may vary from actual product appearance.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including photography, design, text, and the Axil Studio name and logo are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axil Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
